I can’t tell them that, sir.

I’m honestly hard pressed to come up with a scene that moved me like this one did.
“From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remember’d;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother”
Band of Brothers 30 Day Challenge
Day 8: Scene That Makes Me Sad
There are many, many scenes that make me sad, especially the ones that involve Easy Company losses. The one that haunts me, though, is the scene where Liebgott has to tell the prisoners at the concentration camp to stop eating and go back to the camp, so they don’t gorge themselves to death. It’s sad enough already to see the condition these people were in, and now Liebgott has to tell them to go back to that horrendous place, even if it was for their own good.
It’s a gift from God.

BAND OF BROTHERS EPISODE POSTERS: WHY WE FIGHT
CASUALLY. SOBBING.
This was my favorite episode.
I need to rewatch this.
I remember being very unsure if I could ship them because she was a nun…
